TESTIMONIALS

"My daughter Michelle has been playing the cello for many years through her school program. We decided to get private lessons to help Michelle advance in her playing and technical abilities. Within a very short time we could hear and see a huge difference in Michelle's playing. She has become a much more confident cellist. David came highly recommended by many other parents at Michelle's school. I would highly recommend David for music lessons. He is very encouraging and made the lessons fun and interesting" Paula Walsh.

David's Story:

When growing up in Townsville my parents enrolled me in the school program. I quickly got better at playing the cello because I loved having lessons with my teacher firstly Donna and then Richard. I then enrolled in private lessons, even though I come from a big family and money was always tight. This allowed me to learn even faster and improve my technique. During this time I made so many great musical friends and went busking occasionally. I also played at weddings and my Grandad's Birthday. I played anything I could get my hands on, whether it be orchestra music, solo songs or even things I heard on the radio. Music allowed me to connect with people and the world. It allowed me to express ideas fluently. I listened to Vivaldi everynight on my Walkman before I went to bed. I had a dream to leave Townsville for a bigger city and share my music with the world. I went to Germany and played concerts there and also played concerts in Korea, in the U.S.A at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas and in Hollywood, C.A. Music has really taken me everywhere. As a teacher now I want to share my love of music with my students and help them develop their tools to express themselves and develop as well balanced members of our community.

Welcome!
