Project |01 Concerts in the Gallery

The members of The Gold Coast String Quartet have performed numerous concerts in the Royal Queensland Art Society in Broadbeach. Featuring baroque, classical and contemporary music and a swag of amazing artists, many concerts are presented for students and parents to attend. During 2013 a group of aspiring student musicians also presented a small performance.

Project |02 Celebrations The Album

The popular string quartet album was recorded at Big Note Productions. The Gold String Quartet album features violinist Nigel Bardsley and Adele Cuik, violist Sophie Mathieson and cellist David Sue Yek.

Project |03 Cellos Unite
​
The first Cellos Unite concert was held at the Robina Community Centre in 2010. This unique event had more than 60 cello players playing in the cello orchestra, soloists, ballet dancers, a harpist and an enormous cello cake. In 2012 we did a simular project featuring painters as well as a very talented vocalist, pianist and solo cellist.
